Returns policy
If you are customer from Ireland and for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return the goods within period of 14 days, which begins on the day that you receive the goods. For International customers this period is extended to 28 days which is in accordance with the distance selling regulations.
Obtain return/cancelation authorisation number (RCA)
Please obtain your return/cancelation authorisation number by contacting Vengie sales team by email sales@vengie.ie before returning the goods. You are welcome to contact us if you have any further questions.
Goods conditions
All items must be returned new, unused, with all tags still attached in their original condition and with all Vengie seals unbroken. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging, documentation and purchasing proof. Write the return/cancelation authorization number on the return form and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
What you cannot return

Items which had removed price tag, and no longer in new condition.

Items which lack their original packaging, including gift boxes and polishing cloth.

Items which have been in the customer's possession over 14 days (Republic of Ireland) or 28 days (international customers) from the date the item was delivered.

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are defective or faulty.
Shipping and insurance
Once you have received your return/cancelation authorization number, ship the item prepaid to the address received in your email. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, DHL Express or Priority Mail. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Please note that for security purposes, do not write the contents of the package such as jewellery or silver or any other related items on the outside of the box. Please be aware that you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to Vengie and for the risk of any loses or damage to the goods while in transit.
Refund
Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. This is not applicable to defective or faulty items.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. It can take up to 14 days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
Please note
The package will be returned to its original sender if the return/cancelation authorization number is not included on the box or if it has been damaged or tampered with.
No refund will be made until the items are returned to us and in any event no refund will be forthcoming if the goods are not received by us within 7 days of you notifying us of your intention to cancel the agreement. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted.
Quality Assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product.
